CASA 101 Training

We are starting our spring training in April. This is CASA 101 training and consists of 6 weeks of in-class time and online class time. We cover a broad range of topics including: domestic violence, child development, district court proceedings and more.
If interested, you will need to fill out an application online, or call and get one mailed. We will set up an interview, check references and run background checks. Once in training, advocates learn what it means to do the work of a Court Appointed Special Advocate. After training, advocates are sworn in by District Court Judges and are ready to take their first case!
