  • CASA for Kids Flathead is seeking a passionate, community-minded leader to serve as our next Executive Director. This full-time leadership position plays a vital role in advancing our mission to recruit, train, and support Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA volunteers) who advocate for abused and neglected children in Flathead County.

    We are looking for someone who believes deeply in child advocacy, values strong community relationships, and can confidently lead both the organization and its future growth.

    POSITION DETAILS:
    Location: Kalispell, Montana
    Salary Range: $75,000–$85,000 annually
    Position Type: Full-Time

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Organizational leadership and strategic planning
    • Fundraising, donor development, and grant management
    • Financial oversight and budgeting
    • Community outreach and public relations
    • Staff leadership and team development
    • Program oversight and compliance
    • Board collaboration and reporting

    This role serves as the face of CASA in the community and works closely with judges, community partners, donors, volunteers, and the Board of Trustees to ensure children in our community receive the advocacy and support they deserve.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nonprofit management, business, public administration, or related field
    • 5+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit, public administration, or business management
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Experience managing teams, budgets, and organizational operations
    • Fundraising and grant writing experience preferred
    • QuickBooks/bookkeeping experience is a plus
